Blueberry Cauli Collagen Smoothie

  • 1-2 TBSP Great Lakes Gelatin Collagen Hydrolysate
  • 1 scoop Plant Based Protein Powder
  • 1 scoop greens powder
  • 1 cup unsweetened coconut or almond milk don't be afraid to add a little more, if needed, to get things moving
  • 1/4 cup frozen cauliflower rice
  • 1/4 cup frozen blueberries
  • ¼-1/2 frozen banana
  • ½-1 TBSP almond butter


  1. Blend everything together and enjoy! Sometimes I’ll pour it into a bowl and top with granola, coconut flakes, or cacao nibs. Other times, I just sip it with a straw.
